Ingredients list for Pear Cocktail

  • 2-3 Pears
  • a few Fresh mint leaves
  • 3/4 inch piece Ginger,roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • as required Ice cubes

Method

  1. Quarter pears, core them and chop. Put them into a blender jar. Add some water and process. Add a few mint leaves, ginger, lemon juice and blend till smooth.
  2. Add honey, blend and pour into a bowl. Add ice cubes and mix well. Strain into another bowl. Put some mint leaves into each serving glass, pour the pear juice into them and serve.
