Ingredients list for Papletche Bhujne

  • 4 Pomfret 1 inch pieces
  • 2 medium Onions Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Pathare Prabhu Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Mix onions, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pathare prabhu masala, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves and apply to the pomfret cubes.
  2. Rub the above mixture with your fingers lightly, so that pomfret cubes do not break. Heat oil in a pan, add the above mixture and sauté on medium heat for five to six minutes or till the fish pieces are cooked. Serve hot.
