Ingredients list for Paneer And Pineapple Stir Fry

  • 100 grams Cottage cheese
  • 3-4 Canned pineapples cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 2 Dried red chillies broken
  • 1 medium Green capsicum cut into strips
  • 7-8 Broccoli
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 medium Tomatoes cut into strips
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Lemon
  • a few Fresh coriander leaves

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Cut paneer into big cubes.
  2. Add cumin seeds, onion, broken red chillies, capsicum, broccoli to the pan and saute. Cut tomatoes into big pieces, put into a mixer jar. Add garlic and grind. Add this to the pan.
  3. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix.Add pineapple, tomato strips, paneer cubes, salt, garam masala powder and juice of 1 lemon. Mix with a light hand.
  4. Tear some coriander leaves and add and toss.Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
