Ingredients list for Paan Ice Cream
- 4 Paan Leaves chopped
- 2 Meetha Paan
- 5 cups Milk
Method
- Bring milk to a boil and cook till it reduces to one third its volume. Remove from heat and add sugar and mix. Add khoya and mix. Set aside to cool.
- Add fennel seeds, gulkand, green cardamom powder, paan leaves and meetha paan and blend everything together in a blender. Strain the mixture.
- Transfer into an ice cream tin and cover with the lid. Keep it in the deep freezer for four to six hours or till well set.
- Unmould, slice and serve immediately.
