Ingredients list for Omelette With Mushroom, Capsicum And Sprouts
- 8 Eggs
- 10-12 Mushrooms chopped
- 1 medium Red capsicum chopped
- 1 cup Mixed sprouts blanched
- to taste Salt
- 4 tablespoons Oil
- 2 medium Onions chopped
- 4 Green chillies chopped
Method
- Break two eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat well. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan, add ¼ portion of onions and green chillies and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beaten eggs and mix. Sprinkle one-fourth portion each of mushrooms, red bell pepper and mixed sprouts. Cook till the eggs set and flip it. Cook on the other side for a minute.
- Serve immediately. Similarly prepare the other omelettes
