Ingredients for Mushroom And Cheese Salad Recipe

  • Fresh button Mushroom quartered 10-12

  • Processed cheese cut into small cubes 100 grams

  • Lettuce leaves torn 4 kilogram

  • Garlic chopped 2 cloves

  • Vinaigrette 3 tablespoons

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Place mushrooms, cheese, lettuce and garlic in a bowl. Pour the vinaigrette over and toss to mix. Place in a refrigerator for twenty minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
