Ingredients list for Muesli
- 1 1/2 cups Oats
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 1 Pear, cut into cubes
- 1 Apple cut into cubes
- 3-4 Golden apricots roughly chopped
- 5-6 Walnuts roughly chopped
- 1 Kiwi cut into cubes
- 8-10 Orange segments
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
- for garnis Fresh pomegranate pearls
Method
- Mix together oats and orange juice in a bowl and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Add pear, apple, apricots, walnuts, kiwi, orange segments and yogurt and mix well.
- Add honey and mix. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with fresh pomegranate pearls and serve.
