Ingredients list for Moong Pakode
- 1 cup Moong Sprouts
- 2 tablespoons Refined Flour
- 2 Green chillies roughly chopped
Method
- Grind moong sprouts, ginger, green chillies and salt with a little water to a coarse paste. Add onion, coriander leaves and rice flour to this batter and mix well.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop spoonful of batter into the hot oil and deep fry, on medium heat, till golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
