Ingredients list for Mixed Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 Banana,chopped
  • 1 medium Pear,chopped
  • 10-15 Almonds,blanched
  • 2 cups Milk,chilled
  • 1/4 medium Watermelon,chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons Strawberry jam
  • 1 cup Crushed ice

Method

  1. Take banana, pear, almonds and milk in a smoothie maker and blend till smooth. Add melon, yogurt and strawberry jam and blend again till smooth. Add crushed ice and blend once more. Pour into glasses and serve immediately
