Ingredients for Medley Of Fruits With Candied Rose Recipe

  • Watermelon 1/4 medium

  • Pineapple 1/4 medium

  • Apples 2 medium

  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

  • Pomegranate (anar) 1/2 medium

  • Banana 1

  • Orange 1

  • Sweet lime 1

  • Chikoo 1

  • Gulkand 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh orange or sweet lime juice 1 cup


Step 1

Scoop out watermelon into small balls, using a Parisienne scoop. Scoop out pineapple also into small balls. Scoop apples into small sized balls and sprinkle with lemon juice and mix well.

Step 2

Peel pomegranate and separate the pomegranate pearls Peel orange and sweet lime, de-seed, remove the white pith and cut the segments into two. Peel the chikoo, remove seeds and cut into thin wedges.

Step 3

Mix candied rose petals (gulkand) with fresh orange juice or fresh sweet lime juice. Arrange the fruits in a serving plate decoratively and refrigerate. Just before serving lace the fruits with candied rose petal and fresh orange juice mixture. Serve immediately.
