Ingredients list for Mango and Papaya Chutney

  • 1 Raw mango peeled and coarsely grated
  • ½ Raw papaya peeled, seeded and coarsely grated
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 3-4 spring onions with greens finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • ½ lemon juice

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and saute till soft. Add papaya and saute for 1 minute. Add green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
  2. Add salt, pepper powder and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Add grated mango and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
