By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Alphonso mangoes, Milk Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Mango Kulfi 4 Alphonso mangoes 1 litre Milk 5-6 tablespoons Khoya/mawa,grated 1/2 cup Condensed milk 1/4 cup Sugar Method Scoop the flesh out of the mangoes and puree. Boil the milk and reduce it. Add khoya and mix well. Add the condensed milk, sugar and mix well. Simmer the mixture for fifteen minutes or till it thickens. Cool and add the mango puree and mix well.
