Ingredients list for Mango Chutney Submarine
- 1 Garlic Bread halved lenghtwise
- 1 tablespoon Cottage Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Method
- Preheat the oven at 200°C. Apply butter on the inside of both pieces of garlic bread. Toast them in the preheated oven till crisp and light brown.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and half teaspoon chaat masala on the paneer pieces and toss well. Heat oil in a non stick pan and sauté paneer pieces till lightly browned.
- Place one half of bread on a plate, apply mango chutney on it. Place cucumber and cooked paneer, sprinkle the remaining chaat masala. Repeat the layers once.
- Sprinkle mint leaves and cover with the second bread slice. Serve immediately.
