Ingredients for Makhan - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Malai 3 cups

  • Yogurt 2 teaspoons

  • Ice cubes


Step 1

Home made butter has its special flavour that the readymade butter cannot compete with

Step 2

Transfer the mixture into a large pot and add sufficient ice cubes and 2 cups cold water and churn it with a wooden churner till the butter (makhan) separates.

Step 3

Gently collect the separated makhan and transfer into a bowl. Serve as required.
