Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for fifteen to twenty minutes. Divide the dough into eight equal portions and roll into small chappatis. Brush each chappati with half a teaspoon of ghee and fold it in half. Brush half a teaspoon of ghee on the folded chappati and fold again into a small triangle and dust with refined flour Roll these triangles into thick rotis and cook on a griddle without using any ghee till cooked on both sides.
