Ingredients list for Lychee & Musk Melon Delight

  • 10-15 Lychees peeled
  • 1 medium Musk melon peeled and seeded
  • A few drops of rosewater
  • 8-10 Fresh mint leaves
  • as required Crushed ice

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender jar. Add little water and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
