Take butter in a bowl. Add castor sugar and beat well. Add egg and beat again. Add refined flour, zest of 1 lemon, lemon juice and baking powder and mix well. Knead into a dough and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes. Divide dough into equal portions and shape them into cookies. Place the cookies on a silicon sheet placed on a baking tray. Grate remaining lemon on top of cookies and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Press lightly. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and serve.
