Ingredients list for Lauki Ice cream

  • 500 grams Bottle Gourd peeled
  • 1 cup Fresh Cream
  • 3 cups Fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Heat a non stick pan, add bottle guard and sugar and cook till the water evaporates and the mixture is soft.
  2. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
  3. In a bowl mix together fresh cream and the above mixture. Mix well. Add honey and cardamom powder. Mix again.
  4. Pour the mixture in a box and allow it to freeze. Once the mixture is ¾ frozen remove the mixture and whisk again.
  5. Allow the mixture to freeze again and serve.
