Ingredients list for Kurkuri Bread Fingers
- 10-12 Bread Slices cut into fingers
- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 2-3 teaspoons Rice flour
Method
- Mix gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and sufficient water in a bowl to make thick and smooth batter.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Dip bread fingers in batter and fry till crisp and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with mayonnaise.
