Ingredients list for Kesari Srikhand

  • 2 1/2 cups Saffron
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • a few strands Saffron (kesar)
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower seeds (charoli/chironji)
  • 10 Pistachios chopped

Method

  1. Tie yogurt in the muslin cloth and hang for at least two to three hours in the refrigerator so that the yogurt does become sour.
  2. Mix the hung yogurt and sugar in a bowl and keep on stirring till sugar is totally dissolved.
