Ingredients for Kele Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • Raw bananas 2-3

  • Carrom seeds 3 tablespoons

  • Carom seeds (ajwain) 1 teaspoon

  • Whole dry red chillies stemmed 2

  • Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Heat oil in a heavy based pan, add carom seeds and red chillies. Stir fry, add banana slices and stir over high heat Lower heat, add salt, cover and cook till tender.

Step 2

Check for doneness by pressing a piece, if it is soft it means it is done. Mix in lemon juice and serve garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
