Take double the quantity of water and boil. Add jaggery. Strain the syrup. Bring it to boil again and add the broken wheat. Cook on a slow heat stirring constantly for 10-15 minutes or till the time the wheat is cooked. Serve the kansar topped with melted ghee and powdered sugar.
