Ingredients list for Kaaley Aloo
- 6-8 medium Potato boiled and peeled
- 2 teaspoon Black Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
Method
- Cut potatoes into medium cubes.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds, onion seeds and mustard seeds. When the seeds splutter, add potatoes and stir well.
- Add black salt, salt, crushed black peppercorns, roasted cumin powder and black sesame seeds and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or till all the moisture evaporates.
Add garam masala powder and mix gently. Serve hot.
