Ingredients list for Jambul Sherbet
- 4 cups Black Berries
- 4 cups Powdered Sugar
- a pinch Salt
- 5-6 Fresh mint leaves finely chopped
- as required Ice cubes
Method
- De-stem, clean and wash jambul. De-seed them and extract the juice. Mix jambul juice and sugar in a vessel and mix till the sugar dissolves.
- Add four and a half cups of water, pinch of salt, mint leaves and ice cubes.
- Mix well and chill in a refrigerator. Serve chilled.
