Ingredients list for Jaggery Rice

  • 1 1/2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 tablespoons Scraped coconut
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed dried fruits

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add jaggery, scraped coconut, dry fruits and mix well.
  2. Add rice and toss well. Serve hot.
