Ingredients for Icecream Sandesh Recipe

  • Cottage Cheese (homemade) 1 1/2 cup

  • Powdered Sugar 5 tablespoons

  • Vanilla essence 2 tablespoons

  • Glazed cherries chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Almonds chopped 3-4

  • Pistachios chopped 3-4


Step 1

Mix paneer, powdered sugar and vanilla essence. Blend well with smooth and creamy. Put the mixture in a box with a tight fitting lid.

Step 2

Garnish liberally with cherries, almonds and pistachios. Freeze till set Cut and serve immediately.
