Ingredients list for Hot Sprout Omelette

  • 1 cup Mixed Sprouts blanched
  • 8 Egg beaten
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Break two eggs into a bowl, add salt and black pepper powder and beat well. Heat one and a half tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan, add a quarter of onions and quarter of green chillies and saute for one minute.
  2. Add beaten eggs and mix. Mix with a spoon, and cook till it sets. Spread two teaspoons of red chilli sauce on the omelette. Place some sprouts on one side and fold over the other side. Cook for a minute.
  3. Flip over and cook again for a minute. Serve hot immediately. Prepare the other omelettes similarly.
