Ingredients for Hot Sprout Omelette Recipe

  • Mixed Sprouts blanched 1 cup

  • Egg beaten 8

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Oil 6 tablespoons

  • Onions chopped 2 medium

  • Green chillies chopped 4

  • Red chilli sauce 8 teaspoons


Step 1

Break two eggs into a bowl, add salt and black pepper powder and beat well. Heat one and a half tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan, add a quarter of onions and quarter of green chillies and saute for one minute.

Step 2

Add beaten eggs and mix. Mix with a spoon, and cook till it sets. Spread two teaspoons of red chilli sauce on the omelette. Place some sprouts on one side and fold over the other side. Cook for a minute.

Step 3

Flip over and cook again for a minute. Serve hot immediately. Prepare the other omelettes similarly.
