Ingredients list for Honey Nut Icecream

  • 1 litre Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup Roasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup Roasted cashewnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut butter

Method

  1. Coarsely chop peanuts, almonds and cashewnuts in a chopper and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Add peanut butter and honey and mix well. Add vanilla icecream and mix with a hand blender.
  3. Pour into a plastic box, cover with a fitting lid. Keep the box in the freezer to set.
  4. When well set take the box out of the freezer, put scoops in individual bowls and serve immediately.
