Ingredients list for Honey Nut Icecream
- 1 litre Vanilla Ice Cream
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup Roasted almonds
- 1/4 cup Roasted cashewnuts
- 2 tablespoons Peanut butter
Method
- Coarsely chop peanuts, almonds and cashewnuts in a chopper and transfer into a bowl.
- Add peanut butter and honey and mix well. Add vanilla icecream and mix with a hand blender.
- Pour into a plastic box, cover with a fitting lid. Keep the box in the freezer to set.
- When well set take the box out of the freezer, put scoops in individual bowls and serve immediately.
