Ingredients for Honey Nut Icecream Recipe

  • Vanilla Ice Cream 1 litre

  • Honey 3 tablespoons

  • Roasted peanuts 1/4 cup

  • Roasted almonds 1/4 cup

  • Roasted cashewnuts 1/4 cup

  • Peanut butter 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Coarsely chop peanuts, almonds and cashewnuts in a chopper and transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Add peanut butter and honey and mix well. Add vanilla icecream and mix with a hand blender.

Step 3

Pour into a plastic box, cover with a fitting lid. Keep the box in the freezer to set.

Step 4

When well set take the box out of the freezer, put scoops in individual bowls and serve immediately.
