Grease a baking tray Cream together butter, sugar and honey. Add flour and cornflakes. If necessary add a little more honey and mix into a dough. Divide the dough into twelve equal portions and roll into balls. Flatten slightly. Place them on the greased baking tray, keeping sufficient space between each so that they can spread.
