Ingredients list for Hariyali Curry
- 1/2 cup Onions chopped
- 1/2 cup Cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup Babycorn sliced
- 1/2 cup Green capsicum chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onions and sauté for two minutes. Add cauliflower, baby corn, capsicum, mushrooms, red capsicum, ginger, garlic and chillies. Saute for five minutes.
- Add little water and cover and cook till done. Add salt and little water and mix well. Garnish with lemon juice and chopped coriander and serve hot
