  • 25-30 Gulab jamuns
  • 8-10 Cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Carrageenan (vegetarian gelatin)
  • 1 cup Hung yogurt
  • 2 cups Paneer (cottage cheese),grated
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk

Method

  1. Melt butter in the microwave oven for a minute. Add it to the crushed biscuits in a bowl and mix. Line a spring bottom tin with this mixture, press lightly and keep it in the refrigerator to set.
