This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mini gulabjamuns, Milk Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Gulab Jamun Kulfi 12-16 Mini gulabjamuns 5 1/2 cups Milk 3 tablespoons Milk powder 2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch 400 grams Sweetened condensed milk 4 tablespoons Khoya/mawa grated 15-20 Almonds blanched and peeled Method Boil 5 cups milk in a deep non stick pan and simmer till it reduces to half its original quantity. Mix milk powder and cornstarch with ½ cup milk till smooth. Add it to the milk and cook till it thickens. Add condensed milk and mix. Add khoya and mix and continue to cook, stirring frequently. Crush almonds and add to the pan and mix. Add the gulab jamuns and mix and cook, stirring continuously for 4-5 minutes. Pour into kulfi moulds and let them cool down to room temperature.
