Ingredients list for Gluten Free Chickpea Bread

  • 1 cup Chickpea flour (besan)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup + for drizzling Olive oil
  • to garnish Fresh rosemary
  • to serve Pesto

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
  2. Take chickpea flour in a mixing bowl, add salt, ⅛ cup olive oil and 1 cup water and whisk well.
  3. Take a non-stick skillet, drizzle the remaining oil in it and spread evenly. Place it in the oven for 5-10 minutes to heat.
  4. Take the skillet out of the oven and strain the mixture into it. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Take it out of the oven and cut into wedges. Place the wedges on a serving plate, drizzle some olive oil on top, garnish with rosemary and serve hot with pesto.
