Take chickpea flour in a mixing bowl, add salt, ⅛ cup olive oil and 1 cup water and whisk well. Take a non-stick skillet, drizzle the remaining oil in it and spread evenly. Place it in the oven for 5-10 minutes to heat. Take the skillet out of the oven and strain the mixture into it. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Take it out of the oven and cut into wedges.
