Ingredients list for Ginger Tea

  • 1/2 inch pieces Ginger crushed

Method

  1. Boil two and a half cups of water along with ginger, sugar and aniseeds in a deep pan.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes.
  3. Add the milk and bring the mixture to a boil again.
  4. Add tea bags, cover and let the tea infuse for two to three minutes.
  5. Strain the tea and serve hot.
