Ingredients list for Fresh Fruits With Jelly

  • 1 packet Rasberry Jelly
  • 1 packet Pineapple Jelly
  • 1 packet Lime jelly
  • 1/2 8"roun Sponge cake cubed eggless
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 medium Banana diced
  • 1 large size Apple cubed
  • 2 medium Kiwi diced
  • 1/4 medium Pineapple cubed
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate pearls
  • 1 teaspoon Powdered sugar

Method

  1. Take jelly powder, add water according to instructions on the packet and dissolve. Pour into aluminum trays and chill in the refrigerator till set.
  2. In a large serving bowl, arrange a layer of sponge cake, mix together condensed milk and milk and sprinkle over the sponge cake.
  3. Spread fruits over the sponge cake, sprinkle powdered sugar, cover generously with chopped jelly and serve immediately.
