Pour into aluminum trays and chill in the refrigerator till set. In a large serving bowl, arrange a layer of sponge cake, mix together condensed milk and milk and sprinkle over the sponge cake. Spread fruits over the sponge cake, sprinkle powdered sugar, cover generously with chopped jelly and serve immediately.
