Ingredients list for Fragrant Mushrooms

  • 18 Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed

Method

  1. Cut six large squares of double-thickness aluminium foil. Place three mushrooms in the centre of each foil.
  2. Cream together butter, garlic, thyme, lemon rind, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread a spoonful over each mushroom. Pull the edges of the foil up over the mushrooms and turn over to seal fillings.
  4. Heat the Grill Pan. Place the foil parcels on it for six to eight minutes or till mushrooms are tender. Serve immediately.
