Ingredients list for English Rasmallai
- 8 pieces Readymade Rasmalai
- 500 grams Whipping Cream
- 150 grams Powdered sugar
- 150 grams Hazelnut chocolate
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Icing sugar
Method
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks are formed.
- Melt the chocolate on double boiler. Allow to come to room temperature stirring continuously. Fold the chocolate in cream.
- Grease a cake tin with olive oil. Sprinkle icing sugar and coat the tin completely. Dust off excess sugar.
- Pour some chocolate mixture in the tin and spread evenly. Place the rasmalais on top.
- Repeat this until all the mixture and rasmalais are used up.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
- Cut into desired shapes and serve chilled.
