By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Eggs, Readymade chicken tikka Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Double Egg Chicken Roll 8 Eggs 200 grams Readymade chicken tikka cut into strips 4 Refined flour tortillas to taste Salt to taste White pepper powder as required Butter 1 + to serve Large onion sliced 1 Medium tomato cut into strips 1 Medium green capsicum cut into strips 2-3 Green chillies chopped as required Green chutney Method Heat a non-stick pan, place a tortilla and cook for 1 minute, flip and break 2 eggs on top, spread it evenly. Sprinkle salt and white pepper powder, cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. Apply butter on top, sprinkle sliced onion, tomato strips, green capsicum strips, green chillies and chicken tikka strips. Sprinkle salt and a drizzle green chutney, fold it into a roll and take it off the heat.
