Ingredients list for Date Pannacotta
- ¾ cup Dates Puree
- ¼ cup Dates chopped
- ¾ cup Fresh cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- ¾ tablespoon Gelatin
Method
- Heat together cream and milk in a deep non-stick pan. Add castor sugar, mix and heat till just warm.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons water to gelatin and heat in the microwave for 10seconds. Remove from heat and mix well.
- Switch off heat and add dissolved gelatin to the cream-milk mixture. Mix well and strain into a bowl. Set aside to cool down to room temperature.
- Add date puree, chopped dates and mix well. Pour the mixture into individual silicon moulds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Demould and serve chilled.
