Ingredients list for Dahi Poha Tadka
- 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups Pressed rice thick
Method
- Wash and soak poha for five minutes. Drain well.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and sauté for a minute. Add onions and ginger and continue to sauté for two minutes. Add curry leaves and green chillies and sauté for one minute.
- Add the yogurt and turmeric powder and mix well. Add salt and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix. Add the poha and mix well.
- Serve hot.
