Ingredients list for Dahi Poha Tadka

  • 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups Pressed rice thick

Method

  1. Wash and soak poha for five minutes. Drain well.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and sauté for a minute. Add onions and ginger and continue to sauté for two minutes. Add curry leaves and green chillies and sauté for one minute.
  3. Add the yogurt and turmeric powder and mix well. Add salt and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix. Add the poha and mix well.
  4. Serve hot.
