  • 2 large Cucumber
  • 4 large Tomatoes
  • 1 large Onion sliced

  1. Mix together the cucumbers, tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle some salt and toss in feta cubes.
  2. Sprinkle with oregano, olives and drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
