Ingredients 

  • 1½ cups refined flour (maida)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. In a bowl, add refined flour, butter, milk and eggs in a bowl to form a smooth batter. 
  2. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the prepared batter and cook till the underside turns golden brown. Similarly, make other crepes. 
  3. Serve immediately.
