Ingredients list for Crackling Bhindi
- 500 grams Lady Finger
- 2 medium Chaat Masala sliced thinly
- to deep fry Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Method
- Wash and wipe ladyfingers using a kitchen towel or a muslin cloth. Trim the head and tail and cut the ladyfingers into one inch sized diamonds.
- Peel, wash and thinly slice onions. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry ladyfingers till crisp. Drain onto an absorbent paper.
- In the same oil deep-fry sliced onions till golden brown. Drain onto an absorbent paper.
- In a large bowl combine fried ladyfingers, onions, chaat masala and lemon juice. Toss to mix well. Serve immediately.
