Ingredients for Chocolate Walnut Tart Recipe

  • Dark Chocolate chopped 250 grams

  • Readymade Tart Shells toasted and chopped walnuts 1 cup + for garnishin

  • Readymade tart shells 8-12

  • Butter 3 1/2 tablespoons

  • Maple syrup 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Fresh cream 3 tablespoons

  • Orange zest chopped 2 teaspoons


Step 1

Melt chocolate and butter together on a double boiler. Remove from heat and mix well till smooth. Add maple syrup, cream and orange zest and mix well.

Step 2

Cool down to room temperature. Add walnuts and mix well.

Step 3

Pour the mixture equally into the tart shell and refrigerate for two to three hours.

Step 4

Garnish with chopped walnuts and serve chilled.
