Ingredients list for Chocolate Baked Yogurt
- ¼ cup Dark chocolate melted
- 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips
- 125 grams Yogurt
- 100 grams Condensed milk
- 100 grams Fresh cream
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Pour the yogurt, condensed milk and fresh cream into a bowl and mix well together.
- Put ¼ of the yogurt mixture into a glass bowl, add the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Add this mixture and one tablespoon chocolate chips to the remaining yogurt mixture and mix well.
- Pour the chocolate-yogurt mixture into four individual silicon moulds and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over them. Place the moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool down to room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
