Ingredients for Chilli Ice-Cream Recipe

  • Dried Red Chillies 1 cup

  • Vanilla Ice Cream deseeded & chopped finely 1/2 teaspoon

  • Whipping cream 1 cup

  • Sugar 1/2 cup


Step 1

Whip cream with sugar in a planetary mixer or with a whisk. When thick,

add vanilla ice cream. Continue to whip till well blended. Mix in half of the crushed red chillies.

Step 3

Mix well. Pour into an ice cream mould/tray and cover with lid.

Step 4

Place in deep freezer for a few hours. Unmould and serve garnished with remaining crushed red chillies.
