Ingredients list for Chilli Drinking Chocolate
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 Vanilla pod
- 1 Fresh red chilli
- 3 inch stick Cinnamon broken
- 1 1/2 cup Dark cooking chocolate grated
Method
- Heat milk in a nonstick pan, allow it to boil.
- Add vanilla bean, red chilli and cinnamon stick.
- Simmer the milk for a while.
- Stir in the grated chocolate and whisk till smooth.
- Boil the mixture again and serve hot.
