Ingredients for Chilli And Coriander Parcels Recipe

  • Green chillies seeded and chopped 2

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Fish fillets halved 4

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic chopped 2 cloves

  • Sugar 1/2 teaspoon

  • Yogurt 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

In a bowl place the fillets, add lemon juice and mix well and set aside to marinate for fifteen minutes. Blend green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, sugar, yogurt and salt to a smooth paste.

Step 2

Place the fillets on square sheets of aluminum foil and apply the paste on both sides. Wrap up in neat parcels and refrigerate for one hour.

Step 3

Preheat oven at 200°C. Bake the parcels in the preheated oven for fifteen minutes. Serve hot. Open the parcels at the table.
