Ingredients list for Chilli And Coriander Parcels
- 2 Green chillies seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 4 Fish fillets halved
Method
- In a bowl place the fillets, add lemon juice and mix well and set aside to marinate for fifteen minutes. Blend green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, sugar, yogurt and salt to a smooth paste.
- Place the fillets on square sheets of aluminum foil and apply the paste on both sides. Wrap up in neat parcels and refrigerate for one hour.
- Preheat oven at 200°C. Bake the parcels in the preheated oven for fifteen minutes. Serve hot. Open the parcels at the table.
