Take mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Add processed cheese, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, green capsicum, green chillies and salt and mix. Take gram flour in another bowl. Add turmeric powder and some water, whisk to get a semi-thick batter. Add salt and baking soda and whisk again. Spread some cheese mixture on top of 4 bread slices and cover with remaining 4 slices. Cut each prepared bread slices into 2 equal triangles. Dip each bread triangle into the batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
