Ingredients list for Cheese Chilli bread Pakora

  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup processed cheese grated
  • 1-2 Green chilli finely chopped

Method

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
  2. Take mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Add processed cheese, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, green capsicum, green chillies and salt and mix.
  3. Take gram flour in another bowl. Add turmeric powder and some water, whisk to get a semi-thick batter.
  4. Add salt and baking soda and whisk again.
  5. Spread some cheese mixture on top of 4 bread slices and cover with remaining 4 slices.
  6. Cut each prepared bread slices into 2 equal triangles.
  7. Dip each bread triangle into the batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  8. Serve hot.
