- 2-3 Sweet potatoes
- 30 grams Sugar
- 60 grams Coconut scraped
Method
- Wash the sweet potatoes and boil them in water until tender. Remove from the water, remove the skin and mash the potatoes. Add the sugar and fresh grated coconut. Form into balls and serve them hot or cold.
